Traveling as Couple
The price was nice and as we were not spending much time in our room, the accommodations were fine. Our non-smoking room had obviously been used by a smoker, but after we put the air on, the smell dissipated. The mini-fridge was nice. Room was clean as were all public areas. Staff was responsive when we asked to have a lamp fixed, but not so good at replenishing our in-room coffee maker supplies. All in all, this facility met our needs. ...read more

Group Traveler
The hotel was very easy to find and the staff was helpful with directions to get into downtown Baltimore. The heat was broken in the room though so we had an uncomfortable stay. When we brought it to their attention they weren't too concerned and did not offer to do anything for us. Solo Traveler
It suited our needs rather nicely. It was a comfortable distance from the Inner harbor which was our original reason for coming. There were a few things that were in disrepair like lamps that did not work and bathroom tiles that were cracked or missing. The cleaning staff was very nice to us and spoke to us as friends instead of hotel guests. Traveling as Couple
Much more than I expected. Very nice lobby, friendly service. Didn't have a chance to eat the continental breakfast because we slept in too late, but I'm sure it would have been good. Only 10-15 minutes from the downtown area, and also many places to eat very close to the hotel as well as gas and other necessities. I will most likely stay there again next year. ...read more
